• Remove all mildew
• Pressure wash
• Treat and prime all rust
• Repair and prime stucco cracks
• Scrape and sand loose paint
• Plants, grass, and other landscape is covered completely
• Walkways, decks, and roof covered
• Roof metal painted to match roof color
• Dryrot wood replaced. (Extensive dryrot will require an additional fee)
• Estimates include front door, garage door, and back exterior doors
• Spotless cleanup
• Premium touch up (usually Kelly-Moore) paint is left for homeowners
